Student, Misr University of Science and Technology
Cairo, Egypt

I am a physiotherapy student at Misr University for Science and Technology (Cairo, Egypt) working at the intersection of musculoskeletal health, clinical communication, and evidence synthesis. My primary research interests include diagnostic labels, pain-related beliefs, low-value care, and research capacity-building in LMIC contexts. I focus on how clinical language, assumptions, and healthcare structures shape patient behavior, treatment pathways, and long-term outcomes. I have co-authored peer-reviewed systematic reviews and meta-analyses, and presented research at the World Physiotherapy Congress (Tokyo, 2025). Alongside my academic work, I co-lead a student research unit that trains peers in critical appraisal, systematic reviews/meta-analysis, and scientific writing—building sustainable local research mentorship structures. I am particularly interested in collaborations involving evidence synthesis, methodological research, and knowledge translation, where I can contribute to screening, data extraction, risk of bias assessment, GRADE, and manuscript development.
